Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Life Coaching service. Please read the following terms carefully:
1. Nature of Sessions:
- Sessions are consultative aimed at providing support and guidance. They are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
2. Payment and Cancellation:
- Session fees are paid in advance at the time of booking.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of cancellation request.
- Sessions can be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
3. No-show:
- Two consecutive no-shows without notice will be counted as attended sessions.
4. Client obligations:
- Commit to scheduled session times.
- Active participation in sessions.
5. Coach obligations:
- Provide support aligned with client goals.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information.
7. Acceptance:
- Booking a session constitutes acceptance of these terms.
